The Film Independent Spirit Awards is the premier awards event for the independent film community.

Over the years, I have worked with the Social Media and Marketing departments at Film Independent to create and execute engaging social media plans, work with influencers, and partner with organizations for the Spirit Awards.

Snapchat spectacles 

For the 32nd Annual Film Independent Spirit Awards I got to implement Snapchat Spectacles! We provided viewers with a humorous and playful inside look to behind the scenes of the Spirit Awards.

MATCH THAT MOVIE GAME CASE STUDY

Like testing your movie knowledge? So did the Film Independent audience!  I created a 'test your knowledge' game leading up to the Spirit Awards to raise awareness about the live awards show, stimulate the indie movie lovers, and to share fun facts about Film Independent and past Spirit Award winners.

The game was published on Film Independent's Instagram and was comprised of 5 stock images that were clues to the Spirit Award-nominated film. First person to guess the film won a shout-out! Curious about how it turned out? Click the button below to view my case study and the game. 

I created the game using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
